Supplier invoices, straight into the ERP
A manufacturing group of six companies across two continents handled supplier invoices by hand, arriving by email, chat message, and PDF, each supplier in its own format, on top of inconsistent product names and complex tax rules. We built an AI platform that reads every incoming invoice, matches products using historical data, applies the correct tax and accounting logic, and posts to the ERP. Uncertain cases go to a person, and the system learns from every correction.

Helping gas distributors prevent runouts at global scale
Industrial gas distributors, including Fortune 500 companies, use this platform to monitor tank levels, pressure, and equipment status across 1M+ assets in 80+ countries. We led business analysis and project delivery across major parts of the platform, managed its server migration, and delivered geofencing end to end, from design to testing.

A multinational banking group received scanned, handwritten, and mixed-format documents from many subsidiaries and partners. Manual processing caused delays and errors. We built AI document processing that extracts the data, stores it centrally, and routes each case by business rules, starting with the most common documents and expanding step by step.

Installations done right on the first visit
Technicians setting up equipment on customer sites depended on calls to the back office, and installs often lacked proof of work. We designed an offline-first app that guides technicians step by step through installation and asset setup, capturing photo evidence on site. Support calls dropped sharply and installs got faster. The same pattern applies to inspections, maintenance, and audits.

Leaflet distribution was planned in Excel: slow, error-prone, and hard to share with clients. We led the requirements analysis that defined the map-based system now used by internal teams and all major Belgian retailers. Orders can also be created straight from the map and flow directly into the ERP.

An oil and gas technology company needed to validate thousands of pipes, valves, and fittings against engineering and compliance rules, work usually done late and by hand. We helped design and build an AI platform that reads technical documents, turns specifications into structured data, and flags incompatible components while plans are being drawn, with a full audit trail.
